Reading Partners is a nonprofit literacy organization that mobilizes communities to provide students in under-resourced schools with the proven, individualized support they need to read at grade level by fourth grade. Annually, Reading Partners aims to serve more than 1,140 elementary students in 19 Baltimore City Public Schools, including four Library Project schools—Historic Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Elementary, Moravia Park Elementary, Southwest Baltimore Charter, and Westport Academy—with plans to expand partnerships. They are also a partner in the SummerREADS program at all Library Project schools.
